2. Providing engineering services of fire tube boilers
Consultation on design, calculation, and installation of steam boiler auxiliary equipment

Converting fuel of steam boilers to natural gas
Descaling and correcting the feed water of steam boilers
Major repairs including replacement of pipes (retubing), kiln, tube sheet, etc.
3. Providing engineeringservices for water tube boilers

Doing nondestructive tests (thickness measurement – hydrostatic tests) and issuing certificate of Labor and social Affair Organization
4. Design and manufacturing of equipment
Manufacturing super heater coils and economizer through constant bending and welding of argon (Tig)
Manufacturing walls of water tube boilers and submerged arc welding
Design and fabrication of water treatment equipment including softening agent, deaerator, sand filter, activated carbon, etc.
Design and fabrication of heat exchangers, coiled sources, mazut heaters, blowdown sources, condense, etc.
5. Selling piping equipment and other spare parts of steam boilers
Selling spare parts of steam boilers of Arak Machine Manufacturing
Selling piping equipment including steam and water valves, pressure-reducing valves, steam trap, thermostatic valve, etc.
Selling water treatment and reverse osmosis (R.O) apparatuses; preparation and distribution of industrial resins (cationic – anionic)
Selling fire-resistant pipes (8&BS3059&15MO3)
Selling fire-resistant sheets based on standards (17MN4 & BS 1501)
Manufacturing and selling electronic relays (B.R balance relay), delay relay (T.D.R SB 125), and pulse counting relay SM155

Producing protective chemicals for boiler and piping system by experienced experts in the water chemistry research and development unit of the company (to prevent scaling – corrosion – alkaline fracture and for pH adjustment in steam boilers and mechanical facilities)
Designing and manufacturing panel boards of steam boilers according to Arak Machine Manufacturing Co. (PLC – Analog)

Guarantee for 24 months after purchase or 12 months after running the system
