Atmospheric deaerator: spray dome design

The deaerator of Paya Bokhar Markazi Co., SPRAY DOME model, has been designed and manufactured with minimum need to repair and with a gentle function with no turbulence resulting from water hammer and with minimum heating time.
The advantage of this device is use of steam injectors for heating water required for industrial boilers, making it harness the maximum latent energy of steam. With a gentle operation and within the minimum heating time, it provides the system of water free from oxygen and carbon dioxide. Use of this device guarantees water with no soluble gases. It also minimizes the corrosion resulting from presence of oxygen in Pitting industrial boilers and acidification of the returned condensed water resulting from presence of carbonic acid.
The tower of the device has been designed with steel channeled tray and with thermoplastic packings with maximum water and steam mixing entering the tower, providing the maximum deaeration and venting of soluble gases.
