Chemicals injection package

For internal treatment and chemical processing of feed water of boiler steams, we need use of proper chemicals. For this purpose, to maintain acidity, total alkalinity, and residual dexygenerator close to the established standard quality of steam boiler water, chemicals injecting pump dosing is used. Also, in swimming pools, this device (chlorinator) is employed for adding disinfectants.
The chemicals injector consists of pump dosing, chemicals stirrer, and chemical solution storage tank. Typically, for each cubic meter per hour of steam boiler consumed water, 1 L per hour of chemicals is required. Other uses of employing chemicals injection package include acid injection, alkaline injection, injecting descaling materials, injection of anti-corrosion materials, wastewater treatment, etc.
